Our premium 2.3 oz dark (70% cocoa) chocolate bars are 100% vegan and contain 50% less sugar than regular dark chocolate bars. They're a good source of fiber, are prebiotic, good for gut health, and contain no artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors or preservatives. Developed by Chef Thomas Keller, made in Indiana using Sugars from Fiber.

Made with Sugars from Fiber, which has less than half the calories than sugar, a lower glycemic response compared to glucose and is prebiotic.
